Report content or users
The fastest way to report is in the app: open the menu on any video, comment, or profile and tap Report. Reports are reviewed and actioned, typically within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email support@adoona.com.
Account & data requests
You can delete your account and all associated data anytime from Settings in the app. For other data requests, email support@adoona.com.
Manage Adoona Plus
Adoona Plus renews automatically. You can manage or cancel anytime: on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the current period.
